Client Portal Policy
1. Use of the Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC web-based client portal is required for all document transfers.
2. Access to the portal is restricted to authorized clients only, and login credentials must be kept confidential.
3. Clients must use Multi-Factor Authentication in conjunction with their username and password, which may include security tokens, one-time codes, or biometric authentication.
4. Clients are advised to use unique and complex passwords and change them regularly.
5. Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their login credentials and any activity under their account.
6. The portal is only to be used for communication with Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC and accessing information related to the client's account.
7. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC will take reasonable measures to protect the portal and stored information but cannot guarantee their absolute security.
8. Clients are prohibited from sharing or distributing portal information without company permission.
9. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC will monitor the portal for suspicious activity and take action if any security breaches are detected.
10. Clients must immediately report any suspicious activity or unauthorized access to Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC.
11. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC will investigate any reports of suspicious activity or unauthorized access and take action to protect client's data and the integrity of the portal.
12. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC reserves the right to restrict or terminate a client's access to the portal at any time, for any reason.
13. Violations of this policy may result in termination of client's access to the portal and potential legal action.
14. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to data protection.
15. Navigate Tax & Accounting LLC reserves the right to update the policy at any time.
